Perseverance

Vela Capital invests Patient Capital mainly provided by High Networth Individuals and has no time restraints for the investment, so long as there is still a value creation possibility, Vela Capital doesn’t need to disinvest within a specific timeframe.

Solid and structured governance

Vela Capital considers both majority and qualified minority stakes, in both cases with appropriate shareholders’ agreements.
Vela Capital, once the terms of the investment are finalized, catalyzes investors into an SPV which will become the investor in the Target.
